AMD claimed that all Tbirds from Dresden would be >1GHz this Q.

my understanding is that Dresden is making 1GHz and above athlons. In few weeks the top athlon - t-bird speed would be 1.33. That would be very close to the top 1.4 of palomino. 1.4/1.33=1.05 which would imply 5% improvement with new pipeline.
