IMO-Once approved -Possible private placement of newly issued shares for a partner, or player for a stake in lieu of cash, for an equity stake. A offering like Exodus would be insane, unless its down the road, and there no time for that right now.

Bought some ISLD after the Fed cut, just a couple hundred shares. AKAM had good earnings after the bell, so ISLD popped to over $2 in A/H.

To me this rally is bizarre, but, ride it and see where we go.
