In an effort to distract myself from this market, I've written a small (freebie) utility that removes "hard returns" from a passage of text that make messages difficult to read, e.g., To attain the goal, the government plans to soon form a council made up of domestic and foreign telecom operators and equipment manufacturers to take charge of the project.
