Many years ago I had responsibility for a group of high school boys (problem children). They were griping one day about all the conflicts they were involved in. I gave them a writing assignment. I drew a key and told them that this was a key that could end all conflict in the world. They had to tell me whether or not they would use it if it were in their possession, and predict the results.
