William suspended by the TSE William Multi-Tech Inc WIM Shares issued 351,469,238 Mar 7 close $0.025 Thu 8 Mar 2001 Cease Trade Company The common shares of the William Resources will continue to be traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange for the trading day of Thursday, March 8, 2001, and will be suspended from trading effective at the opening on Friday, March 9, 2001, for failure to meet the listing requirements of the Toronto Stock Exchange. This one day deferral in the suspension date has been effected to facilitate an orderly transfer of trading in the company's shares to the Canadian Venture Exchange.
