Pat, You've got to be more worried about owning JDSU than SDLI. In SDLI you had a company finally turning the corner and, by all appearances, generating a great deal of free cash; a great accomplishment for a company in such a fast growing industry since large capital expenditures are needed to sustain growth. In JDSU you have a company which never has generated any free cash and doesn't look like it will in the near future. SDLI was on much more solid financial ground than JDSU is (not that JDSU is in any real danger, but its business just isn't as efficient run as SDLI's was). Ali
