noneed...well they haven't priced yet, and before it's all said and done, they may indeed price 50million at 4....from everything I read, they desperately need the money, so they'll price it cheap enough to take the short term risk out....because they need to price it low enough to be able to pawn it off, ummm I mean sell it.
