I've chosen not to refute these claims about what the Saudis couldn't do because, why bother. You two are talking through your hats. I will say this. Saudi Arabian has such reserves in all fossil fuels that they can supply the entire world's needs indefinitely. Their reserves are so rich that they almost need no cracking, and gas is so plentiful that they can't get rid of it. Those reserves are shut in because they would ruin the market.
