Since when does building a better widget and having it standardized guarantee widescale adoption by an industry and guarantee one particular player's role in it? Patent battles were still to be fought. The promise of CDMA may have been clear to those in the know but I don't think Q's position in it was as clear. If not then how do you explain the stocks rapid increase after the Ericsonn deal? Wouldn't you say investors were perceiving less risk in QCOM's patent position post that. Wasn't that 99???

MM you are obviously a somewhat knowledgable person when it comes to QCOM but responses like "I dont think you have any Idea what your talking about" only leads me to terminate any dialogue with you - which I am doing now.
