While arming will not stop violence in the schools it might reduce number of casualties as the bad ones could be neutralized much faster. Arming will reduce overall crime because if somebody is determined to commit violent crime and he needs the gun he cannot buy it, he will buy it on
the black market if he has the money, if no money somebody totally innocent is robbed or even killed for the gun.
The less guns on the black market actually put armed cops
at greater risk.
