Thanks for the initial review! I have a Palm III I've been using for several years and I want to move to the 6035. But I'd hate to have to re-enter all the data. Do you (or does anyone) know if the "old" Palm Pilot data is easily transferred to the 6035?

Thanks.

Chuck

Eric L.

Was one of ten fortunate folks in Columbus,Ohio to purchase a QCP6035 . Sales rep said they received 10 in the first shipment received today and they were going quickly.

I'm a little disappointed the cradle is not powered (so can't charge the phone). Don't be . . . you can plug the battery charger into the back of the synch cradle.

Thanks for all the great contribution to the thread and our understanding of the Q and the wireless world in general. Much appreciated from this lurker and new paying member.

Eric L: Very much appreciate your initial report on the 6035.

Looking ahead, how will it work when 1x and 1xEV are available on Verizon?

Since you are careful and thorough, did you discuss the future with the Verizon reps - assume you did.

Any clues?

Best as always.
