he he, I figured that would get to you. Anyway, we are struggling with semantics here aren't we. Surely you can see that I declared no legal claim, or constitutionality in my statements. Yet, you have framed your entire attack on me as though I had. The only criminal that I am aware of in this situation is the shooter. Responsibility is another issue, bugs you a lot I know, but there it is nagging away at you, and not just because I said so.
