M1, as someone who's complained bitterly these endless months about the ambiguous, untimely and confusing reports from management about G*s existing situation at any point in time, I can't find it reasonable to now say, "aha! You told us X was true at time Y, and it wasn't, therefore you misled us."

Searching my memory and copious notes, every material statement of BLS I can find was either future tense, or so vague to be meaningless. For example, regarding the Indian SP....my notes say BLS reported "we've identified one, but can't disclose its name." What's actionable about that? No doubt they did "identify" one, probably it's still identified, maybe even under some contract awaiting funding or bureaucratic authorization to proceed, maybe they had a contract at the time(s) BLS spoke, but later cancelled, who knows?....but because the "identified" SP has never, yet, materialized, will a lawsuit against mgmt succeed? I doubt it very much.

As for the G* website, I believe it's been very conservative (too much so, i've often thought) in claiming countries actually in service (as opposed to their invariably over optimistic forecasts)

My recollection from past class actions where I've ultimately received a coupon, the defendant company is sometimes financially broken, and the plaintiff's lawyers get millions, is that you are automatically made a part of the class, unless you opt out.

Folks, the lawyers and experts' fees involved in a bankruptcy reorg. and class action defense are a drain of precious time and $$ resources to a company struggling to survive. It's like throwing a drowning man a rock.
