What I mean is, even though many of us didn't realize it at the time, the whole Nasdaq/tech/dot-com bubble was, functionally, just one gigantic, sophisticated pyramid scheme. In retrospect, it had to collapse.

since the the central discussion topic of this thread was shortselling and overvalued stocks, you should write mr. blodget and mr. bock (remember him?) a letter thanking them.
