Though expensive, I remain supportive of your position as well as your defense of free speech in the face of the governments selective ignorance of institutionalized Wall Street practices which should be the proper focus focus of their efforts. It is the democratization of the investing process that they fear more than anything else. The failure of the government to clarify their own position with regard to the definition and regulation of an investment advisor BEFORE singling you out clearly shows that their case has been without substance from the start. While you may have been better served to have begun your practices with a full disclosure policy, the virgin territory of the Internet and the underestimation of its power as a communication tool has been consistently underestimated by many. It is now an age where the individual has been empowered with information. Consequently, it is the individual that must also accept the responsibility of filtering, interpreting and acting upon that information when making investment decisions.
