John, that has got to be most ludicrous bit of information I have seen yet. It's an insane scheme. Somebody has to finally take the hit on the bad debt piled on bad debt piled onto more bad debt.Things have to be very bad when investment in Turkey is attractive! The Japanese government will set the country back 25 years if this keeps up.
