THURSDAY. Remember that! Big, bad news ALWAYS gets delivered on a THURSDAY. It gives the vested interests the best shot at damage control. You just have to hold things together for one day (see, they bought the bad news) and then the sheeple get an entire weekend of drinking and partying to forget about the whole thing. The market's collective memory is so incredibly short these days that it's about all they need to do to make bad news go away.
