No, it's Asus' ALI Magik DDR board. I wouldn't recommend that, unless ALI has released a new chipset revision.

No, I believe it is KT266 based.

The mild aftermarket reaction to Intel's news is insane. It will trade at 25 tomorrow, IMO

A loss of 2 billion in revenues is going reduce earnings significantly. I think there will be a chorus of downgrades tomorrow.

Zero chance...$13 billion in cash and $1 billion in debt...Just buy AMD for $50 billion!!!
