Yes, I've seen it. It's one smallish bright spot which has no chance of compensating $-wise for the general cratering.

$100 per wafer is absolute bulls**t. The barrier metal layer can be applied with pre-1990 technology. No expensive equipment involved. That's a total load of crap. We build wafers with >150 processing steps for less than $1K. No way a simple metal layer costs that much.

KLIC sales are headed to zero.
