"You seem to think like a stock analyst. Coming from me that is not a compliment."

Agreed...but only time will tell and it may take only a couple of hours in the tomorrow AM tomorrow to wring out the AMD shares in "weak" hands...INTC is in trouble, it's plain to see to all except the "Pauls" (where is he anyway on such an historic day???) deny that 75% of INTC's problem is AMD and 25% is weak economy...The torch will be passed to AMD by the end of March, if not by the end of next week, imho, as AMD is currently poised to jump into the server, workstation and mobile markets, and my guess is with results not dissimilar to their success in the PC sector..

A hockey analogy...INTC's confessed woes tonight are not unlike an announcement minutes before a Colorado(AMD)/Pittsburgh(INTC) 7th game Stanley Cup final in Colorado when Pittsburgh announces that Mario can't play..Impulsively Colorado fans unload their tickets because Mario won't be there, but after regaining composure, Colorado fans jump into the fray as they come to the realization that the odds of a Colorado victory have just doubled and they want to participate in the Cup fesativities...That is precisely what I see unfoldimg over the next fairly short time frame...AMD has the goods and INTC can no longer compete at the margins to which they've grown accustomed over the past decade or more....

Concerning flash, AMD once again has the goods as reiterated only 2 days ago...We're only 2 months into Y2001 and the "vulchers" are out on flash...That's usually the sign of capitualation just as INTC's non-surprise announcement tonight probablt signifies capitulation...Yep, the last shoe has dropped with INTC's disclosure tonight...Last chance to get AMD below $25 tomorrow, 'cause it's onward and upward for AMD from here on in...Dirk was promoted...How come??? His peer at INTC was demoted, how come???
