Even Intel in the CC hinted that inventories have been reduced. I just added more comment about improving orders from BRCD to that post. Re << I have always thought Q2/Q3 would be bottom>> If you are talking about the economy, then you are more optimistic than I am. If you are talking about the equities market, specialy in the high tech, then I would agree. Also did you not say that there are months of inventory and 50% production over capacity? If so, how can it bottom in only a few months? There is one thing that I know for sure, and that is I know nothing for sure. In 98 as a rookie investor, I lost my shirt. Since then I promised to never get too cocky, follow your logic and not to margin unless it is a short trading position. I am so very glad that I have kept my promise. Mani

Concerning AMD, are you suggesting less than $1 billion in revenues, less than 6 million microprocessors in Q1 and less than $0.10 eps in Q1...and are you suggesting AMD's Q2 will be worse than their Q1... If so...say so!!! If not, then what exactly is it that you are saying specific to AMD??? Or are you just hopping on the INTC submarine with the panicky mobsthinking that because INTC has been wholly outflanked by AMD the the world is headed to the ocean floor???
