Just the linear scaling of some power supply and cooling requirements through 1.5GHZ.

I'd love to see a low power part start shipping soon, but in some ways it would be even more impressive if the old tech Thunderbird core scaled comfortably to 1.3 and 1.33GHZ. I'm hoping Palamino will be good for 25% on top of whatever Thunderbird can do. If Palamino comes out at 1.3 then 1.2 x 1.25 gives us 1.5GHZ expected from .18 Palamino.

If the 1.33 parts are still Thunderbirds, then Palamino may well be good for 1.33 x 1.25 or close to 1.7GHZ before the .13 parts start coming out at the end of the year.
