niceguy,

re:q1

To keep it simple lets just focus on overall sales and earnings.

What is AMD's guidance on top line sales?

Or do u just want to make it on earnings?

regards,

Kash

Niceguy,

re: Concrete numbers

I propose the following:

Q1: I predict less than $0.32 after taxes.

Bet is $500.00 to red cross (my fav charity if i win)-U can name yours.

Q2: I predict less than $0.32 after taxes.

Bet is $500.00 to red cross (again if i win).

(remember Q2 earnings are supposed to increase if they are to make $2.00 earnings for year).

Let me know what u think and what your favorite charity is.

regards,

Kash

Q2:

ng,

Sales guidance of 6.8 million processors less 10% equals 6.21 million processors for q1 and revenues below $1 billion)

I believe the current guidance is 6 to 6.5 million processors, with revenue no better than flat (flat = $1.175 billion)

Joe
