scott/donnie "shorting mo" why short a company that has strong fundamentals....if it's a momentum short it is high risk....the legal problems are behind it....to state more security in nvtl then mo is a bit bizarre....mo pays many times more in dividends then nvtl will ever make in profits.... the demise of the tobacco industry in the usa would create global economic havoc...same reasoning why the government bailed out chrysler... what ever you stand is on smoking has nothing to do with the reality of a core usa business....guess that is why tobacco is in the fed numbers and wireless modems aren't....
