All traders should have their 'uncle point' determined before initiating a trade..
If 5000 is 2% or less of their total equity that is an OK number..If 700 is more than 2% of a traders total equity that is poor mm..If you followed your stops this market hasn't hurt too much..It is always about capital preservation..FIRST..
