I guess there were many tell tale signs which I must have missed... giving people and companies too much credit (pun intended) is something I tend to do much too often ... hind sight is 20/20! "What I will tell you is this, if anyone was paying attention an if they read the SEC an then connected that to the shareholders meeting, one would of come to the same conclusion as I did.
