It must be the same 1% that admire anyone that craps in your face and, after you have showered clean, laughs at you while daring you to try and find any evidence that he did it.

Sort of a warped "Scoundrel as Hero" or "Robin the Hood" syndrome. Maybe that's the real meaning of "the RICH get richer", (and get away with it courtesy of facilitators like former Corrupter-in-Chief Bill Crimeton).
