From Ron. I thought this dispute was to be resolved in an arbitration headed by Ric. I suggest re-convening that arbitration Monday at noon. I will be in attendance and recommend that counsel for the parties work on their positions this weekend. This could go a long way toward resolving the bad vibes Jerry is concerned about. I certainly expect this to be resolved before my birthday party and the pool party.
