The market generally discounts 2 qtrs. out, the problem is, no one knows what 2 qtrs. out is going to look like.
The cash on the sidelines is huge, but it's waiting for the signal, the right time.
What can bring it in??
I can think of two things.
An all out wash-out, or good news. Good news coming doesn't look very promising in this slowdown at this point.
