I have 3 stocks up: WCOM, LOR and ESHR. Go figure.
Have low buy orders in for ADBE, NT, GE and EMC. Hopefully they'll fill then we'll rebound off this climactic sell-off. If you don't buy on days like this you can sell for nice profits on rally days. Can't have one without the other. Think the opposite of what the market is doing and you might make some money. I'm sure trying.

I agree completely. There are zero *rational* reasons to buy BRCM at this point. I can not ever remember an issue not declining at current levels after lawsuits are announced, even if it has already fallen 50% in the last month. Smart investors know that win loose or draw, the lawsuit is a foreteller of stalled and declining stock prices for a long time. Couple that with the fact that they have negative earnings and that management cannot be trusted. They will tumble further, that is for sure.
