I carry too high a debt burden for any mergers or acquisitions. There was lack of oversight. I want to be upfront about that. We've taken steps to prevent the problem in the future. We no longer have an accountant. We no longer keep records. It is our general impression that profits have increased under this new plan. Because of the stresses associated with day-trading, even under the Hindsight Day-Trading System©, we will not be scaling back on management options, perquisites or junkets.
