HJ,

Couple questions. As this continues to develop, it now appears even more likely that we aren't going into a recession, but IT spending has been cut back severely and will continue to be squeezed. My question is do you think this is accurate,(I do, but think that if the consumer stops spending we fall off the cliff),and when do you see a sustained uptick in IT spending?

This continues to be a short sellers wet dream: It spending probably won't uptick until the economy turns up; the economy isn't close to bottoming out..the consumer hasn't even slowed down much yet; and the market seems as if it will take the approach that it will have to see the spending up tick, before it reacts, therefore no rally projecting 6 months ahead.
