Pardon me, but are you investing your core holdings in speculative stocks?

I bought at IPO, tried to dump for two days above 110, then got distracted. I am disappointed in myself, that is all.

It has been advised by many to invest only 5% of your inevitable portfolio in speculative securities and investments. That rule is one I generally follow.

The great thing about it is when you connect big time, the resulting holding tends to become a core holding. The problem is differentiating those from the irrationally exuberant.
