i am not kidding.

and i thought the cash on the sidelines myth had been debunked by now. as i have repeatedly pointed out, Japan is a prime example for a bear with a huge pile of cash sitting right beside it. and staying right where it is.

as to capitulation occurring or not, i think it is practically inevitable. at some point there will be recognition, and with it will come capitulation. it is of course possible that that moment is not yet at hand, and it is difficult to predict with any degree of accuracy when it will come.

but it is relatively easy to explain why it is likely to occur...see past comments on the subject.
