Dear Charles: I meant to say massive interest rate cut. The Tax cut is in no way massive, its not even moderate in my mind. In fact its rather TINY. It doesnt even really kick in well for about 5 years. If 1.6 trillion OVER 10 YEARS is the answer that will be I believe about a 1 1/2% cut. The good thing to my thinking is that it does help the lower class get to the middle class by lowering the first two rates to 10% and 15% from 15 and 28%, respectively. JDN
