"despite this fall the DOW is still fine". Well, it goes either of two ways. Either has a surprise plunge following the Naz, or provides support to the Naz. With Japan a financial "basket-case", and getting more serious every day, it could get rough...very rough. Of course if the Fed eases after the close, all that concern goes away for a short time. 98% in cash and "watching".
