Bush is not a moron. For rich Republicans, he is an absolute savior. He gets all of the middle class Republicans to believe this crap about how we shouldn't pay down the deficit - so he can get this tax cut. Guess who owns the debt? Rich Republicans. Guess who pays the billion dollars a day of interest. The middle class Republicans (and unfortunately the rest of us). And they buy it. Unbelievable. 90% of the dollars returned in tax cuts will NOT be pumped back into the economy. I worry a little bit about the next four years. But I can't wait until November 2003. And that's all I got to say about that. Dave
