The fact is, the stocks that have warned haven't broken new lows, and that to me is a good sign.

Ummmm - I guess you haven't looked at NUFO? OK so not a new 52 week low, but new recent low anyway.
Only 23% of average volume and it's 1PM.

So what have you been buying - everything I'm looking at is at or near it's low and the NAZ looks like it's either going to go flat here or go down more... and I've got nothing to smoke but this tobacco <G>
