Of all the numbers I have read, recently, the NVLS projected booking is the most significant. They forecasted $410M sales and $250-60M bookings. In past downturns, NVLS has fared the best, smallest sales drop and most profitable. NVLS is a technology leader, so they should be getting, at least, a fair share of technology buys. $1B annual bookings trails only the record rates of 2000 and would not be insignificant.

I am beginning to think 2001 will look like 1998 and tech stocks will fall through most of the year and reach 1998 values.
