I am working on translation of a long article. Some talks on royalty rates in the MOU and bidding process. Looks like Unicom is rushing to finish early April. The best info I perceived is there is basically no need to worry that Qualcomm may have to lower rate on royalty received from Korea. One sentence here for your enjoyment: <Korean mobile networks are leaning toward wCDMA, not CDMA2000. This worries Unicom about their commitment for future developments;> I should finish it soon. laodeng
