I knew it would come. Of coursethey are lying. It should say "screw the shareholders - we want our huge fees".

I trash these things soon as I see the envelop. You have to spend hours digging out the info, filling out the forms and then wait to get 1% of your losses if ever. Meanwhile the attorneys get more than all the losses of all the shareholders combined.
