JQP,

What were you buying at the close?

I was trying to pick up some E&P's (HECO, KWK) but was unsuccessful.
I also sold GW, will try to re-enter the scalp 10% lower. And I dumped my position in tech BRCM.

I don't know.....Monday could be real ugly for techs (like today wasn't). CSCO laying off is a big deal IMO. They are the golden child that could do no wrong. Too many people still playing for a bottom. But what the hell do I know. I need beer!

For the life of me I can't see what is holding up ETH. Did short some today at 35.4. I bet those 5,000 CSCO employees won't be going to ETH anytime soon. Almost scares me how strong this stock has been in the face of a warning and bleak prospects in the near future. That said only shorted a little, but sure seems ripe to me.

Have a good weekend everybody!

Rory

Que, I don't see a need for a surprise cut this close to the scheduled meeting. Like you, I was buying today and I'm searching the AH markets for any significant dips.
