So this is where all the money is going. To the other bubble, RE.

As I said before, I believe that panic and fear won't happen until real estate takes a dive. And that can't happen until the job market goes sour. There's no sign of that yet, but if the layoffs keep mounting through the summer, somebody's going to have to sell their house.

Banks taking advantage of the brief reprieve from FED cuts. Maybe some house buying will simmer in March.
