V this current down draft/CRASH in NASD began with CSCO's earnings short fall, I believe the rally won't start until CSCO warns. Yes they probably will do this but it would have to be before the conference next week according to REG-F.D.

The problem is I refuse to short NASD down here, because I believe the carnage is so over done, that a snap back rally could take some stocks up 30-50%. I am starting to nibble harder on the STORAGE stocks because I feel they are extremely over-cooked. Also I don't want to miss the SNAP-BACK rally.

In conclusion, INTC has its own problems based not only on the ecocomy but with AMD!! Everyone forgets tht AMD is finally starting to KICK- INTC's ASS! So a CSCO earnings warning coupled with ORCL's earnings and warning going forward just may put the bottom in place for a nice 2-3 month rally through earnings reports.

The more I research the economy, the more I am of the belief this is a temporary bump. Yes as I stated back in September I called for 1800-2200, but also some of the most powerful counter trend rallies in NASD history.

Good luck my friend, and I will be short again when the markets calls for it!
