Very interesting.

When that happens (major markets long term growth trends converge at a reasonable level), it is time to begin seriously thinking about establishing more fully invested long term positions.

Short term positions, though, should wait until an overreaction to the downside has occurred.

And no, I don't think an overreaction to the downside has occurred yet.

Would be nice to invest rationally again. Will that ever again be possible?
