Allen: You really must move beyond the "perjury, obstruction of justice, misuse of public office" spiel. It clutters every conversation we have about the former president, and prevents you from moving into a new zone of enlightenment.

Refresh my memory. Which of the three charges was President Clinton convicted of ... perjury, obstruction of justice or misuse of public office? What, he wasn't convicted of any of the above!

Re: "He (JJ) is no better than a strong arm artist in a suit, and a hypocrite to boot!"

For a second there, I thought you were talking about head inquisitor Rep. Dan Burton, Hypocrite-Indiana. Or perhaps Newt Gingrich, Hypocrite-Georgia. Or perhaps Rep. Bob Livingston, Hypocrite-Louisiana.

<<Jackson represents himself as a civil rights advocate. >>

Illinois gives $50 to any organization that signs up a family for government sponsored health insurance. Jessie went to the state and threatened to trash the program if he wasn't included. The state gave him $7 large up front, the Rainbow Gang signed up 4, four, not 1,400 but 4 families. Jessie says it's not a priority thing. Took the money though.
