To be a little more precise about Intel capex, remember that the $7.5B is for the full year. If the economic fundamentals don't start improving by June or so, I'll bet we'll see cuts in Intel's second half spending plans.

Katherine, to some extent INTC's story, not reducing CAPEX, is posturing to their competition. They want their competitors to have the fear of falling behind. I have no doubt they will eventually spend the 7.8 billion, the question is over what period of time will it be spent. My bet is even INTC doesn't have the answer to that one.
