Stagflation? Not there with you yet. My bet is gold is reacting to currency and finacial fears primarily. Secondarily, to mine closure/supply curtailment. Frankly, I don't yet see the "psychology" for inflation developing just yet. You remember the '70's right? Not anywhere near that psychology despite high oil prices. To me the odds against stagflation are 60 40 right now, but I definitely have an open mind on the subject and will listen to any well crafted case. For now call me Bull the Deflationist.
