And when SI starts shielding Jenna from critics, then are they assuming some liability for the content of the service she advertises here? I'm not a legal expert, but once SI starts editing content (which they do) they become liable for anything said here. SI is now more than an information carrier like the phone company; they are also now responsible for the content. Just look at the legal problems surrounding Napster, for example, who claims to be nothing more than a system for exchanging files. Their arguments are not holding water. Sam
