WS - I hope to hell you are correct. I mainly bought april calls so I have some time. As for now we are singing the same tune(I think). We saw a healthy dose of fear on Friday, will there be a follow thru "Black Monday or not". If there is, will I have enough gumption to buy or not, given my belief that we are still "overpriced".

How are you playing this mess?
What are you buying?

WS, what happened to tech over last 12 months? Was everyone (analysts, fund managers, institutional invstrs, etc.) wrong about tech ruling expansion, daily life, etc. was everyone caught up in mass tulip hysteria...were (non-internet) tech stocks selling for $160 really only worth $40? Was it greater fool theory played to hilt?
OR
Is it possible we've overcorrected by a great margin...that most everyone in the investment community was NOT dead wrong by a mile. that's where my money is now...i will leave it parked in tech for two years with no return versus rotating to other sectors. Just betting that bandwidth, storage b2b and net infra IS the future--that everyone wasn't as wrong as current stock prices and multiples suggest
